His extensive leadership journey includes 7 years as Academic Supervisor, 6 years as Vice Principal, and 9 years as Principal, reflecting a deep commitment to educational advancement and institutional growth.

  • A passionate Mathematics educator, he has inspired countless students to achieve academic success, including mentoring numerous students to secure 100 Percentile scores in the CBSE Board Mathematics Examination. His dedication to student achievement and teacher development has earned him widespread respect across the educational community.

  • Throughout his career, he has held several prestigious positions in the CBSE examination system, including Chief Nodal Supervisor (CNS), Centre Superintendent, Observer, Head Examiner, Additional Head Examiner, and Examiner for CBSE Board Evaluations. With over two decades of experience in board examination evaluation and assessment, he has contributed significantly to maintaining academic excellence and examination standards.

  • As a sought-after Resource Person, he has conducted numerous training sessions for Post Graduate Teachers and students on board evaluation patterns, marking schemes, teaching methodologies, project-based learning, mathematical laboratory setup, and strategies to support slow learners and achieve centum results.
